Contravening directions of authorised person

In force

(1)

A person commits an offence if—

(a)

an authorised person has given the person a direction under section 15; and

(b)

the person contravenes the direction.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2)

An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
