Immunity from liability
19 Immunity from liability
A utility, an authorised person, or anyone acting under the direction of a utility, is not liable for anything done or omitted to be done honestly—
in the exercise of a function under this regulation; or
in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the exercise of a function under this regulation.
Any liability that, apart from subsection (1), would attach to a person attaches instead to the Territory.
