11 Entering secured areas
(1)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, enter a secured area maintained by or on behalf of a utility in connection with the provision of a utility service.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
In this section:
secured area means a network facility, and any land or water surrounding the facility, that is enclosed for the purpose of preventing unauthorised access.
