36 Work on water or sewerage network facilities etc
(1)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, work on—
(a)
a water or sewerage network facility; or
(b)
a pipe that communicates with such a facility;
in a way that is likely to endanger people or property or interrupt or endanger the safe or efficient operation of the facility.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
In this section:
work includes installation and removal.
