30 Functions of assessment board
The functions of the assessment board are—
(a)
as members of assessment committees—to assess applications in relation to treatment plans and review treatment plans; and
(b)
to advise the Minister about, and make recommendations on, which variations in sex characteristics should be covered by this Act; and
(c)
any other function given to the assessment board under this Act or another territory law.
