140 Protection of participants
(1)
This section applies to a person who is or has been a participant in a proceeding about a complaint, or a review of conditions imposed on a registered veterinary practitioner, before the board.
(2)
An action or proceeding does not lie against a person to whom this section applies in relation to an act done, or omitted to be done, honestly in that capacity.
