64 Grounds for occupational discipline
(1)
For this Act, each of the following is a ground for occupational discipline in relation to a veterinary practitioner:
(a)
the veterinary practitioner has, or may have, engaged in professional misconduct;
(b)
the veterinary practitioner is not a suitable person to be a registered veterinary practitioner.
(2)
A ground for occupational discipline applies to a veterinary practitioner who is no longer registered if the ground applied to the veterinary practitioner while registered.
(3)
