88 Superintendent of registered veterinary premises
(1)
The registration holder of registered veterinary premises must—
(a)
appoint a registered veterinary practitioner as superintendent of the premises; and
(b)
tell the board the name of the superintendent of the premises, before the superintendent starts duty as superintendent.
(2)
The registration holder commits an offence if the registration holder fails to comply with subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
