85 Veterinary practice to be conducted at registered veterinary premises
A veterinary practitioner commits an offence if—
(a)
the veterinary practitioner conducts a veterinary practice at premises; and
(b)
the premises are not registered veterinary premises.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
