87 Commissioner’s guidelines
(1)
The commissioner may make guidelines (the commissioner’s guidelines) for—
(a)
the operation of the financial assistance scheme established under this Act; and
(b)
the non-government agencies that are appropriately qualified for reporting under section 31 (Application to commissioner).
(2)
The commissioner’s guidelines are notifiable instruments.
