141 Coordinating practitioner and consulting practitioner must give documents to ACAT

(1)

If the registrar gives an individual’s coordinating practitioner or consulting practitioner a copy of an application for review, the registrar must also give the coordinating practitioner or consulting practitioner written notice requiring them to give the ACAT any documents that are—

(a)

in their possession or under their control; and

(b)

relevant to the decision being reviewed.

(2)

The coordinating practitioner or consulting practitioner must give the ACAT the documents mentioned in subsection (1) not later than 2 days after the day the registrar gives them the notice.
