158 Approved care navigator service
(1)
The director‑general may approve 1 entity to be the voluntary assisted dying care navigator service for this Act.
(2)
An approval is a notifiable instrument.
(3)
The purpose of the approved care navigator service is to provide support, assistance and information to people relating to voluntary assisted dying.
