64D Meaning of collection point—pt 10A
In this part:
collection point means—
(a)
a waste facility used for the collection and handling of containers delivered to the facility for payment of a refund amount; or
(b)
sites used for the collection and transport of containers to a waste facility for sorting and processing; or
(c)
a reverse vending machine.
