64E Meaning of container—pt 10A
In this part:
container—
(a)
means—
(i)
a sealable vessel or receptacle designed to contain a beverage for transport or storage before the beverage is sold or delivered for consumption; or
(ii)
anything else prescribed by regulation to be a container; but
(b)
does not include anything prescribed by regulation not to be a container.
