64K Approval of network arrangements
(1)
The scheme coordinator agreement must require the scheme coordinator, before entering into a network arrangement, to apply to the waste manager for approval of the arrangement.
(2)
A regulation may make provision in relation to the following:
(a)
an application for approval of a network arrangement;
(b)
the approval, amendment or revocation of an approval of a network arrangement.
