64M Term of scheme coordinator agreement
(1)
The scheme coordinator agreement must not be for longer than 7 years.
(2)
The Minister may, with the agreement of the scheme coordinator, extend the agreement for a further period of not longer than 3 years.
(3)
The agreement must not be extended more than twice.
Example
The scheme coordinator agreement had an initial term of 7 years. The agreement was then extended for a further period of 3 years. The agreement may be extended for another 3 years so that the total term of the agreement is not longer than 13 years.
