Waste Management and Resource Recovery Act 2016

The scheme coordinator must, within 90 days after the end of each financial year, give the Minister a written report about the following:

the performance of the scheme coordinator in relation to the performance targets under the scheme coordinator agreement;

the amounts charged to suppliers under supply arrangements;

any other matter prescribed by regulation.

The Minister must present the report to the Legislative Assembly within 3 months after the day the Minister receives the report.
