64X Requirement for refund markings on containers
(1)
A supplier commits an offence if—
(a)
the supplier supplies or offers to supply a beverage in a container to a person; and
(b)
the container does not bear a refund marking.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units.
(2)
Strict liability applies to subsection (1) (b).
