24 Identity cards
(1)
The construction occupations registrar must give each inspector an identity card—
(a)
that specifies the inspector’s name and appointment as an inspector; and
(b)
on which there is a recent photograph of the inspector.
(2)
A person must, within 7 days after ceasing to be an inspector, return the identity card to the construction occupations registrar.
Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 1 penalty unit.
