27 Power to enter premises
(1)
An inspector may, for this Act—
(a)
enter any premises at any time with the consent of the occupier; or
(b)
at any reasonable time, enter premises connected to a water network or sewerage network (other than a part of the premises used for residential purposes); or
(c)
enter premises in accordance with a warrant under this division.
(2)
An inspector may, without the occupier’s consent or a warrant, enter the land around premises to ask the occupier for consent to enter the premises.
