29 Objects of investment of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund
(1)
The main object of the acquisition by the Future Fund Board of a financial asset as an investment of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund is to enhance the ability to transfer amounts as mentioned in section 14.
(2)
The ancillary objects of the acquisition by the Future Fund Board of a financial asset as an investment of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund are to enhance the ability of the Commonwealth and the Future Fund Board to discharge the costs, expenses, obligations and liabilities mentioned in sections 15 and 16.
