30 Investment of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund
(1)
The Future Fund Board may invest amounts standing to the credit of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund Special Account in any financial assets.
(2)
Investments under subsection (1) are to be made in the name of the Future Fund Board.
(3)
Investments under subsection (1) are taken to be investments of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund.
(4)
This section does not authorise the acquisition of a derivative.
