Caveats in force for 12 months

In force

(1)

Unless sooner withdrawn or set aside, a caveat remains in force for a period of 12 months or such shorter period, not being less than 7 days, as is specified in the caveat.

(2)

Subrule (1) does not prevent the filing of a further caveat.
