(1)
The Federal Court Chief Executive Officer must maintain a register to be known as the Register of Caveats Against Arrest.
(2)
The Registrar of a court in which a proceeding under the Act may be commenced as an action in rem must maintain a register to be known as the Register of Caveats Against Release.
