16 Actions in rem: ship or property
(1)
Initiating process in a proceeding commenced as an action in rem must identify the ship or other property concerned in relation to the maritime claim.
(2)
If the proceeding is commenced against a surrogate ship, the ship in relation to which it is a surrogate ship must also be identified in the initiating process.
(3)
Initiating process may identify more than 1 ship as a surrogate ship.
