Actions in rem: parties

(1)

Initiating process in a proceeding commenced as an action in rem must specify a relevant person in relation to the maritime claim concerned as a defendant.

(2)

A relevant person may be specified by reference to ownership of, or other relevant relationship with, the ship or other property concerned.
