101 System Governor must decide whether to vary a condition
(1)
If an entity makes an application under subsection 100(1) to vary a condition, the System Governor must decide whether to vary the condition.
(2)
Before deciding to vary the condition, the System Governor must consider:
(a)
any matters prescribed by the rules as matters to which the System Governor must have regard; and
(b)
any other material or information that the System Governor considers relevant.
