Notice of decision to allocate a place

In force

(1)

If the System Governor decides to allocate a place to an entity under subsection 95(1), the System Governor must give written notice of the decision to the entity within 14 days after making the decision.

(2)

The notice under subsection (1) must include the following:

(a)

the specialist aged care program and service groups for which the entity has been allocated a place;

(b)

any condition on the allocation of the place;

(c)

details about when the place takes effect;

(d)

any other information prescribed by the rules.
