150 Compliance with Financial and Prudential Standards
(1)
It is a condition of registration that a registered provider must comply with the provisions of the Financial and Prudential Standards that apply to the provider.
(2)
It is a condition of registration that a registered provider of a kind prescribed by the rules must comply with any additional prudential requirements prescribed by the rules.
