151 Fees, payments, contributions and subsidies
It is a condition of registration that a registered provider must comply with:
(a)
Chapter 4 of this Act; and
(b)
any requirements prescribed by the rules relating to matters dealt with in that Chapter.
Note:
For example, there are requirements in Chapter 4 relating to prices and amounts that may be charged by providers to individuals accessing funded aged care services.
