254 Payment of subsidy
(1)
Subsidy is payable by the Commonwealth to a registered provider for each day in a payment period for which the registered provider is eligible for an individual under section 227, 236 or 242A.
(2)
The sum of subsidy payable for a payment period in relation to individuals to whom funded aged care services were delivered in each approved residential care home of the registered provider is separately payable by the Commonwealth.
