257 Claims for subsidy
(1)
A registered provider must, for each payment period and each residential care home of the registered provider, give to the System Governor a claim, in the approved form, for any subsidy that is payable to the registered provider in relation to that home for that period under section 254.
(2)
The claim must be given to the System Governor as soon as practicable after the end of the payment period.
