27 Actions of supporters
A supporter of an individual may, in line with the individual’s will and preferences, do any of the following to support the individual to do a thing under, or for the purposes of, this Act (other than Part 5 of Chapter 4 of this Act):
request, access or receive information or documents;
communicate information, including the will, preferences and decisions of the individual;
a thing, other than making a decision on behalf of the individual, prescribed by the rules.
If there is more than one supporter of an individual, the supporters may do a thing jointly and severally: see subsection 37(3).
