352 Commissioner may request information or documents from persons
(1)
If the Commissioner reasonably believes that a person has information or documents relevant to the Commissioner’s functions, the Commissioner may request the person to give the Commissioner any such information or documents (or copies of any such documents).
(2)
The person is not required to comply with the request.
Note:
The Commissioner may require a person to attend to answer questions or give information or documents under Division 3 of Part 10 of Chapter 6.
