353 Deputy Commissioners
(1)
The Commissioner may, in writing, appoint a person who is a member of the staff of the Commission as a Deputy Commissioner to assist the Commissioner in the performance of the Commissioner’s functions.
(2)
The Commissioner may appoint more than one person as a Deputy Commissioner under subsection (1).
