445A Amount of penalty for serious failures to comply with registered provider duty
Despite subsection 82(5) of the Regulatory Powers Act:
(a)
the pecuniary penalty for a contravention of subsection 179(3) of this Act must not be more than the applicable pecuniary penalty specified in that subsection; and
(b)
the pecuniary penalty for a contravention of subsection 179(5) of this Act must not be more than the applicable pecuniary penalty specified in that subsection.
