446 Delegation by authorised applicant—Commissioner functions
The authorised applicant under section 441 may, in writing, delegate the authorised applicant’s powers and functions under Part 4 of the Regulatory Powers Act in relation to the civil penalty provisions of this Act that relate to a function of the Commissioner or Complaints Commissioner (including a function which has been delegated to the Complaints Commissioner under section 575) to a member of the staff of the Commission who is an SES employee or an acting SES employee.
A person exercising powers or performing functions under a delegation under subsection (1) must comply with any written directions of the authorised applicant under section 441.
