Notification of cancellation of registration

In force

(1)

If the System Governor cancels the registration of a person as a supporter of an individual under this Division, the System Governor must give written notice of the cancellation to the following:

(a)

the person whose registration has been cancelled;

(b)

the individual.

(2)

The notice under subsection (1) must:

(a)

be given as soon as practicable after the registration is cancelled; and

(b)

include:

(i)

the reasons for the cancellation; and

(ii)

if the registration was cancelled under subsection 51(1) or (2)—how a person may apply for reconsideration of the decision to cancel the registration.
