Application, claim or request not in approved form
If this Act requires an application, claim or request made to the System Governor, Commissioner or Complaints Commissioner (the decision‑maker) to be in the approved form, the decision‑maker is not required to make a decision on the application, claim or request if it is not in that form.
Requested information or documents not provided
If this Act permits the System Governor, Commissioner or Complaints Commissioner (the decision‑maker) to request or require information or documents for the purposes of, or for purposes relating to, making a decision or doing a thing, the decision‑maker is not required to make the decision or do the thing until the information or documents are provided.
Application fee not paid
If this Act requires a fee to be paid in relation to an application or request made by an entity to the System Governor, Commissioner or Complaints Commissioner (the decision‑maker), the decision‑maker is not required to make a decision on the application or request if:
the fee has not been paid; and
the entity is not exempt from paying the fee; and
the decision‑maker has not waived the fee.
