16 Limitation on functions and powers of the Board
To avoid doubt, the functions and powers of the Board do not include making decisions under any of the following:
(a)
Part 7A, 7AA, 7AB or 8 of this Act;
(b)
the Code set out in the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994;
(c)
regulations made under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994;
(d)
the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Act 1994;
(e)
the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Act 1994.
