The holder may apply to the APVMA for variation of the relevant particulars or conditions of:
the approval of an active constituent; or
the registration of a chemical product; or
the approval of a label for containers for a chemical product.
The APVMA may only vary relevant particulars or conditions that it has imposed. See section 6B.
A person may, with the consent of the holder, apply to the APVMA for variation of the relevant particulars or conditions of:
the registration of a chemical product; or
the approval of a label for containers for a chemical product.
An application under subsection (1) or (2) must meet the application requirements.
