29B How variation takes place

(1)

Variation of relevant particulars or conditions under this Division takes place when the APVMA records in the Record, Register or relevant APVMA file, as required, the relevant particulars or conditions as varied and the date on which the variation is made.

(2)

If the relevant particulars or conditions of a listed chemical product are varied in such a way that the product or any approved label for the product does not comply with the established standard for the product, the APVMA must amend the Register so that the product is no longer noted as a listed chemical product.
