35 Notice of proposed suspension or cancellation to be given to co‑ordinators
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the APVMA must not suspend or cancel an approval or registration unless:
(a)
it has given notice of the proposed suspension or cancellation to each co‑ordinator designated for a jurisdiction; and
(b)
a period of 10 working days, or any other period that the APVMA thinks adequate in a particular case, has elapsed since the notice was given.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a suspension or cancellation under section 35A.
