49 Renewal of registration
(1)
If the APVMA is satisfied that an application for the renewal of a registration meets the application requirements, the APVMA must renew the registration.
Note:
For notice of renewal, see section 8F.
(2)
Otherwise, the APVMA must refuse the application.
