Airports to which Part applies

In force

(1)

This Part applies to:

(a)

a core regulated airport, where the site of the airport is a Commonwealth place; and

(b)

an airport specified in the regulations, where the site of the airport is a Commonwealth place; and

(c)

an airport specified in the regulations, where the site of the airport is not a Commonwealth place.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), the boundaries of the site of an airport are to be ascertained in accordance with the regulations.
