20 Simultaneous grant of leases relating to the same airport site to be to the same person
(1)
The Commonwealth must not simultaneously grant 2 or more leases relating to different parts of the same airport site, unless those grants are to the same person.
(2)
If purported grants contravene this section, they are of no effect.
