87 Transitional—adoption of FAC documents
A draft or final master plan for an airport may make provision for or in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating (with or without modification) any matter contained in a document that:
relates to the airport; and
was prepared for or by the Federal Airports Corporation when the airport was a Federal airport, or a Federal airport development site, within the meaning of the Federal Airports Corporation Act 1986.
All draft and final master plans must comply with the content rules set out in sections 71 and 72.
If subsection (1) applies to a draft master plan, the plan must be accompanied by the document when:
the plan is given to the Minister under this Division; or
a preliminary version of the plan is made available for inspection and purchase under section 79.
If subsection (1) applies to a final master plan, the plan must be accompanied by the document when the plan is made available for inspection and purchase under section 86.
