15 Transferred airport ceases to be a Federal airport for purposes of the FAC Act
(1)
This section applies if the FAC’s right, title and interest in particular land vests in the Commonwealth under this Part.
(2)
If that land is, or is part of, a Federal airport (within the meaning of the Federal Airports Corporation Act 1986), that airport ceases to be a Federal airport for the purposes of that Act.
(3)
If that land is, or is part of, a Federal airport development site (within the meaning of the Federal Airports Corporation Act 1986), that site ceases to be such a site for the purposes of that Act.
