Add:
6 a prescribed person or organisation that:
(a)
is a reporting entity or an agent of a reporting entity; and
(b)
carries out applicable customer identification procedures under the Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing Act 2006 a copy of a Roll (or an extract of a Roll) (a) on request by the person or organisation; and
(b)
on payment of the fee (if any) payable under subsection (9).
