Repeal the item, substitute:
104 Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC), comprising:
(a)
the Chief Executive Officer of AUSTRAC; and
(b)
the staff mentioned in section 224 of the Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing Act 2006; and
(c)
consultants engaged under subsection 225(1) of that Act; and
(d)
the persons whose services are made available to the Chief Executive Officer of AUSTRAC under subsection 225(3) of that Act.
